Essay Topics on Feminist Legal Critics

Essay Topics on Feminist Legal CriticsIn this article, I will outline the essay topics on feminist legal critics. Feminist legal critics address and investigate the legal system. While they are often critical of legal systems, some are critical of law-enforcement groups for their overzealousness, intolerance, and/or biased tactics. This makes them quite controversial. Some law-enforcement police agencies use the 'broken windows' theory to justify aggressive tactics. Broken windows are when cops come in to complain about someone's noise (crack, weed-whacker, etc) and smash the window with their bazooka. They are then shouting 'what a great way to put a stop to that. Now no one can continue that kind of behavior.' Critics charge that this is a biased viewpoint.Critics of police have countered this argument by pointing out that if they had broken through a restaurant window, this would have been fine. However, what if a police officer had busted a window at a First Amendment activist org anization and scared everyone inside, causing them to leave? And what if the police officer had done this as they were banging their batons on the side of the police car? The first amendment is the speech of those who reside in peaceful democracies.Another criticism of law-enforcement agencies is the use of excessive force. Some police officers are known to turn into soldiers out of sheer rage when they get up to go to the bathroom. This leads to more illegal arrests, harsher punishment, and sometimes physical injury.Feminism is about ending the injustice of society. Law-enforcement agencies have always been involved in enforcing laws that are unjust. Law-enforcement officers do not enforce the law because the law was unjust in the first place. Feminists make it illegal to enforce the law that is unjust.Feminist legal critics are a special breed of law-enforcement officers. They are trained to think outside the box to solve problems and develop solutions that are in line with their philosophy.Feminist law-enforcement experts have been a part of the system since its inception. Law-enforcement officers have a vested interest in making sure that the legal system is fair and just for all, including minorities, women, the poor, etc. However, these are men. Women are not trained to be trained for law-enforcement.The only thing that law-enforcement officers should care about is the next paycheck. They have no concerns about the condition of minorities, women, or the poor. Feminists have a philosophy that rules out their interests.
